Been in the business for many years, know just about everything i can learn from my Large Company. I am thinking of starting my own. I am in the Va. area and would like to know where I can get insurance to cover me. Specialize in Hospitals and currently run an operate 7. My focus would be on hospitals.

You can check with local insurance companies and request for General liablity and Garage Keepers Legal Insurance. This should cover you and the hospital garage. the only national company, that I am aware of is called alliance insurance. I found them by doing a search for valet parking insurance. But they start at $25,000 annually.

I'm a garage manager in downtown Chicago. My guys seem to ding cars a little too much. I added protective padding to the cement columns and the problem went away. The pad seem to hold up pretty good and my damage claims have dropped which makes my boss happy.

here's who I used if anyone cares..

parking padding solutions. I think their site is garagepadding.com.

Have your guys pitch in for the damages, make them all liable and they will be more careful as a group... I live in Chicago and run valet in Suburbs... I know.

If you are seeking valet parking insurance, I highly recommend Kathy Phillips with Alliant.

She has 20 years in the business and offers valet parking specific insurance policies.

Liability coverage can be challenging to find if your insurance agent is not familiar with the insurance marketplace. I've specialized for over 18 years in parking-operaters insurance, and my program has broad coverage and competitive pricing for parking professionals of all sizes.

I work with your insurance agent of choice. Have them call me or visit my webpage below.
